To have a feedback box once the question has been completed/aswered
Once a question/request has been completed/aswered to have a feedback box coming up asking how helpful the answer was / what was the quality of work / how good was the qustomer service. All these fields should be customisable eg. did you find the support team helpful? was the job completed to meet the professional standards?
or just have a empty fox / field where customers can write free feedback as they wish.
