my customers \ end users complain that their web access is very limited and a customer which have more than a few tickets to see have a big problem: 1. the search options are very limited (for example, the ability to see the tickets opened by a specific contact name \ product). 2. the sorting option is also limited since there is no much information which the customer see in order sort by it.
will be very helpful to provide our customer with **some **of the flexibility which support personal have.

Spell check would also be great. not everybody are using a browser with built in speck check capabilities.
