Status on Reply to a question
When you do a 'Reply' on a question inside support desk it changes the status on the question to a default value.
It would be helpful to leave the status unchanged. The support user can change the status to whatever is most appropriate.
We are using the status value to track the ticket/question and when someone fails to notice this defaulting of value it causes confusion.
