Assign ticket to a generic email account, not a user
Currently the workflow rules only allow questions to be assigned to a user. We would like to have the ability to assign a question not to a user, but rather a generic email account. The reason being is that we have an ACD group with an email associated with it. We don't want to tie up a user license for this function. We don't need another physical user, just the ability to assign inbound questions to an email address.
