Good day, and Happy New Year.
From the Support Side, when clicking the "reply" button and sending an e-mail to a user in the CRMdesk, we frequently will carbon copy or blind carbon copy other individuals on that e-mail. It would be very beneficial for the e-mail addresses copied to appear noted in the job for research and documentation purposes. For example, here is an example of how a message currently appears noted in the job:
****1/2/2008 11:39:28 AM REPLIED by Scott B. Status changed to Pending - Awaiting Customer Response
Dear User, please provide additional information.****
It would be useful when researching inquiries to possibly have the job noted as follows:
**1/2/2008 11:39:28 AM REPLIED by Scott B. Status changed to Pending - Awaiting Customer Response Cc: test@yahoo.com Bcc: test2@gmail.com
Dear User, please provide additional information.**
Currently the only way we can confirm who was sent a message is to press the "reply" button again and see the saved copied e-mail addresses. Sometimes this also requires us to re-open a job as well, and if multiple e-mails are sent within a single job, it may be difficult to determine during which of these communications people were copied.
Thanks in advance for your consideration!
