When we create new tickets/jobs or reply to e-mails in the CRM Desk, a selected default e-mail notification is sent to the user. It would be very helpful if we could choose from a pick list of notification responses to send to users when creating tickets/jobs or replying to the e-mails, since the default notification may not always be applicable.
The CRM Desk has been a great asset to our department, and we are very happy there is an open forum to promote new ideas and enhancements.
