Ability to Split Help Desk Job
Split Job:For example, we receive a question,but we need to source the inquiry to mulitiple people for it to be resolved. Currently we are having to create "new jobs" with the same information and then link each one to the parent. It would be wonderful, if we could create a Child of a Question (would auto link to the Parent) and then send to other staff members to resolve.
