You can reassign to a different support person and you can move question to other products, but you can not move a question from one customer to another. We use the CRMdesk as an internal tool and we often have the being a member of more than 1 customer. Customers here are more like departments. Therewith some people they can switch between customer and therewith they make mistakes sometimes. Especialy because you stay signed in with a cookie.
And also the support staff sometimes makes a mistake when registering calls for customers that call in by phone.
