We would like to be able to reply to all. When the sender sends an email to support desk and cc's others. We need to manually put the cc'd names back in to respond back to everyone. It would be great if there was a reply to all option.

In every organization who want's to generate an order in the process workflow using crmdesk like us, this feature of cc' names in the original request; will allow to use the system instead of email.

This feature are requested by our users too.

About this feature,Is possible to have in the user page the option to entry the cc's address?

We use every day CRMDESK in our operation and if this feature is implemented will help in the organization of the workflow and internal procedures.

I hope Can help us in this new year.
