It would be nice to use tables, font styles, colors etc. when creating records in the FAQ section.
There are sections in the FAQ record that would have more impact if the font size could be increased, underlined or bolded.
Can this functionality be added please?

It would be great to have the ability to use HTML throughout the CRMdesk (replies, news letters, etc), so that headlines can be bolded if necessary to grab the customer's attention.
