Our ISO9001 policy requires us to complete a disaster recovery plan. One element that we have found is not being backed up is the Notes&Attachments area. We would like to have a duplicate copy of all the data in there but most importantly the Notes. We keep customer context notes in there along with our own notes under our internal "customer" context.
