CRMdesk can be integrated with the BUGtrack - http://www.bugtrack.net - bug tracking and project management software. If you get a support request from a customer and assign it to a support engineer - then they work on the issue and decide after getting all the information together that it is a bug in the code or some new development is required to implement this request - the system allows to automatically log this incident in BUGtrack by pressing "Create BUGtrack Record" button:
As a result, the system will generate a note to the newly-created BUGtrack issue. A new BUGtrack record, on it's turn, incorporates CRMdesk discussion thread, along with the link to the parent CRMdesk request:
