There is no tracking as to who created or edited a Knowledge Base article(FAQ). I don't even know who the author of the article is. In a larger organization this can be very inefficient.
*Show who created it. *Show who updated it.
This could be displayed in the same box on the right where it shows the date created and the date updated.

I noticed that when I posted this idea and stated my name along with the date. That is all I am looking for. Watch after I hit submit it will do it again.
