This would allow for easier workflow intergration by allowing mail to another accountbto only toto a certain group or individual.

How about one support desk delevering support for different products/companys. Each having it's own incoming and outgoing mailadress. This would require email acount integration per product. We really need this.

I agree with Gert, When servicing mutiple companies it would allow us to be able to customize a more personal communication per client basis.
