Create Rules based on DATE criteria
Please add a function to create rule based on DATE. Something like:
IF Customer_Expiry_Date > ‘03/31/2010’ THEN Reassign case to ADMIN_USER.
PS. Customer_Expiry_Date can be a customized field.

Currently custom fields are text-only so such filtering is hardly possible.
We'll consider that if/when typed fields will be available.
