The ability to group clients to one customer
When running reports, it would be nice to sort by a group to see how many tickets that particular group is putting in. At this moment, the only way to do this is to merge all the clients to one.

Yes, it would be great if you could have groups that customers could be assigned to, which will not only be useful for reporting, but help prevent duplication of efforts, as we sometimes will see multiple people from the same internal department or external customer group submitting the same inquiry. If they were all connected, you could easily check to make sure no one else is working on a project under a different customer submission from the same group before beginning work.
