ability to see the ticket severity easily
Hi,
currently, in order to know the severity of a ticket i need to open the ticket and have a look at the details.
as we are prioritizing our work on tickets based on their severity, it would be great to have a column to represent severity of the tickets before opening it for details.
it will be also used for sorting by priority.
