customizing views (sorting)
when i looking on the open tickets, i can view and sort by id, summery, status, opened by, assigned to, product, created, updated.
some of the fields above are not relevant to us and other which relevant are not an option.

i would like to have the option to modify those fileds so i will see only what i need, no more and not less ?
