Restrict Customers View of Products
We currently have several products used internally in the CRMdesk that we do not want customers to have access to when they create tickets. It would be helpful if when creating a product you were able to flag it and prevent the customer from seeing and selecting it when they create a ticket, and have it only be an option when an internal user views and selects from the product list.

That's a great idea to be able to select product/areas as public (for everyone) or private (internal support only)! We would not want customers who are unsure of their product/area to mistakenly select one which has an auto-close by escalation rules associated with it.
