Requesting the ability to enter the days and hours of operation. This is needed so the reports will calculate off of the true hours and the escalations will calculate off of the true hours of operation. Currently we use these on our balanced score card, but Monday and Holidays for instance do not give a true picture of our resolution time or SLA.
