Spam Filter
My CRMdesk receives email sent to support@ and info@ my domain. As a result, there's a huge amount of spam that gets created as tickets. It would be nice if CRMdesk could filter these out for me.

Agreed, in addition to host not found, or responses not received by the user creating tickets.
