Excluding authentication from the notification URL.
Links to CRMdesk customer issues contain login information by default to allow customers who submitted questions via email to enter a discussion thread.

The system provides the way to exclude authentication from the URL.
You can substitute %URL% and %DETAIL% variables in customer notification templates with %URLNOAUTH% and %DETAILNOAUTH% variables.
