How to configure BUGtrack Integration?
Answer
As you understand from Integration with BUGtrack Overview, CRMdesk may automatically generate a BUGtrack issue with predefined parameters, such as: Project, Area, Open by, Assign to, Priority, Version.
You may generate required HTML code in a few easy steps:
1. Login to BUGtrack and Open "Admin" tab ((you need to have BUGtrack Administrative rights).
2. Click "Create custom record entry form" wizard.
3. Select appropriate project and click "Next".
4. Specify additional parameters and click "Next".
5. Copy system-generated code to clipboard.
6. Open "Setup" tab in the CRMdesk's Support Desk, and follow the "Integration" link.
7. Paste BUGtrack-generated code into the window and submit form:
