Could you please define for me what is the diffrence between the available users packs ? For example the 5 users pack can handle only 5 users at the same time or can give passwords to only five users ?

All our user’s packs allow unlimited customers and unlimited storage space. We are only counting number of your customer service representatives (we call them users) working with the Support desk. As you know, CRMdesk consists from two separate Web-based applications: Customer Desk – the one that you use to ask questions and the Support Desk – the one your company's customer service representatives will use to answer customer's questions.
