Hide a Category on Customer Side
We would like to have the ability to create a category on the Support side that the Customer side cannot see. We currently have categories that we only use for internal business. All submissions under this category are private, so customers do not see the content, but we would like to be able to hide the category heading from them as well.

Having the ability to setup categories that are "internal" only and are not listed on the "ask a question" form would be ideal. Some categories are internal in nature for support staff use ONLY, and being able to conceal this information goes a long ways in making CRMDesk support more professional for its users.
