I am familiar with attaching files for viewing within an FAQ. What if I want to attach a file that should only be downloaded? Is there a different way that I should attach the file.
Answer
No, there is the same way. The system takes care about this automatically. If the system determines that the file is not in the graphic format, it will create a hyperlink to it sample.txt instead of creating a thumbnail to the image

.

If you uploading your image in the "GIF" format, the system will make a full-screen illustration in FAQ. For all other graphic formats it will create thumbnails to the image.
The system automatically reformats the image once it is uploaded on the server. Bigger files will just take more time to upload, but they will be stored with the optimal format for fast downloading.
Place {fileNumber} in an appropriate place and click "Submit".
To remove file or image from the FAQ, it is enough to remove reference to it from the text.
To delete it completely from the database you need to check it and press "Delete Marked".
To change the image or file you would need to upload new and delete the old one.
